Tsurinoya introduces a completely new line of sizes with this reel - a COMPACT version of size 2000 - which means that the body is smaller than the old 2000, but the spool and rotor are similar in size to the 2000. This allows for even greater lightness with even greater casting distance (due to the larger shallow spool and smaller body).
